USER CLASSIFICATION
Lead form
The main goal in designing the lead form was to increase the number of leads by creating an interactive experience for Aura Air's potential customers. Through the use of light language, friendly icons, and using color to indicate the correct completion of the form, I created an engaging experience for the user.
Further to this experience, the form allows better control of the information received and its routing to salespeople due to the classification of answers behind the scenes.
